DONE:

OK i've finally completed this wikispace and it was painful, luckily my fustration as well as stress level has dropped. =)
I also noticed one thing, it seems that the times on the websites are wrong! including blogger and wikispaces... i don't know how to change the time one them as well.. please keep that in mind sir whilst you're are marking that the times on the websites seem to be wrong/to where i currently am.

And 1 last thing i also found a good guide video to all those people who have no computer experience what so ever...
Its a guide to plugging your computer in:

**edit 1** see what i mean it says i posted at 4:12am WHY WOULD I BE UP AT THAT TIME!?!?! THE TIME IS WRONG =(

MORE RANTING

I CAN'T DO IT!!!! i SWEAR I'M GOING TO GIVE UP ON THIS ASSIGNMENT WIKISPACES JUST ANNOYS ME ALOT!
I CAN'T EDIT THE FONT! THE PICTURE DOESN'T RESIZE/GO THE PLACES I WANT IT TO AND THIS SITE CONSTANTLY FREEZES ON ME...WHY?!?!? =(

ok my rant is over...carry on =)

*edit* ok i found out how to edit the font// my resolution is to write it down firstly on word then copy and paste my work onto wikispaces...now to figure out the rest

**edit no.2** What i said above apparently doesn't work, it looks perfect on edit but when i save the text comes out all wrong..*SIGH* no editting text for me then

***edit 4*** i'm calm now and i've come to get the hang of wikispaces a little bit...//my resolution to the moving images problem was to go to text editor and move the code for the picture down to where i wanted it to go..it seemed to work =D

i think i have enough Info now

Great site explaining about both serial ports and parallel ports:
http://www.waterwheel.com/Guides/motherboards/motherboard_ports_io.htm,

Nice information i will surely use. It has information on the purpose of a USB, Parallel and serial ports:
http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/The_Computer_Revolution/Hardware/Ports#USB_Ports

Glossary

I found a helpful site with glossary of terms related to computers:

http://www.channelstorm.com/Manual/Data/GL00/GL00.htm

This site has helped me understand what firewire is as well as USB...
it also has other terms which are helpful to other computer related bits.

**edit**
A better site with good terms as well:

http://www.usbman.com/glossarycomputerterms.htm

Includes such terms as USB, and USB 2.0, Serial port, etc...

***edit number 2***

Better than site number 2 is this glossary site:
http://www.flw.com/define_p.htm

Gave me a diffinition on ports and various other things
